interior designers at Beckley DSAbout Us

Both Rebecca and Kelley spent their childhoods making their surroundings prettier, whether it be their childhood bedrooms, their friends' bedrooms, or a favorite hideout. They both loved to rearrange furniture, organize their rooms, and experiment with new looks. These two were designers-in-the-making at a young age so when they met through their husbands many years later they immediately connected. At that time they were both working for award winning design firms in Dallas and admired each other's hard work, passion, and enthusiasm for interior design. In 2011 Rebecca and Kelley started Beckley Design Studio, and together they are creating individual and sophisticated designs for their clients. It was a perfect marriage of business partners.

Meet the Designers

Interior Designer Kelley RobertsKelley Parker Roberts
Principal Interior Designer

Kelley majored in Interior Design at TCU in her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. Upon graduation she moved to Dallas to pursue her career in commercial interiors and received her professional registration with the state of Texas as an Interior Designer. A marriage proposal brought her back home to Fort Worth where she fulfilled her childhood dream of starting her own interior design firm and working on both residential and commercial projects.

When Kelley is not designing she enjoys spending time with her husband, Gordon, their sons, Houston and Parker, and miniature poodle, Pumpjack. Travelling, watching college football, and evenings spent with friends and family are a few of her favorite things. Kelley started collecting art and design books when she was in 7th grade and her book collection has grown thanks to gifts from her artist grandfather, trips to art museums, and love of photography of interior spaces. In their home you will find stacks of books and a mix of vintage, antique, contemporary, and mid-century modern pieces with Pumpjack nestled in a comfortable spot - all things she loves.

Principal Interior Designer

Rebecca knew before it was time to fill out college applications that she wanted to be in interior design, and chose the colleges she would visit based on their design departments. Rebecca chose Stephen F. Austin because the "hands - on" program was a perfect fit for her. After graduation she lived in San Antonio and Dallas working at interior design firms before moving to Fort Worth with her family.

Every artist needs inspiration. To Rebecca's designer eyes, patterns are everywhere and always giving her new ideas. And sometimes this fashionable city girl has to go back to her roots to clear her mind for fresh ideas. That's when she heads back to her family farm to kick off her leopard heels and chunky gold necklace and relax with her family. She also loves spending time outdoors playing and riding bikes with her husband, Derrick, and daughter, Emma, making jewelry, and perusing local shops for unique vintage finds. She loves mixing patterns, pairing vintage pieces with contemporary pieces, and painting old furniture to give it a refreshed look.
